“In my opinion, 2001 A Space Odyssey is the greatest film ever made. I associate it with my mother, she was the one who showed it to me, it was one of her favorite films. When I was ten, I played the piano, and for the final recital I had to perform The Blue Danube, but I couldn’t get it right. To help me understand how to play it, she made me watch this film, and that’s when I thought: okay, playing the piano is great, but… cinema!!”

“Secondo me 2001 Odissea nello Spazio è il più grande film mai realizzato. Lo lego a mia madre, me lo ha fatto vedere lei, era uno dei suoi film preferiti: quando avevo dieci anni suonavo il pianoforte e come conclusione del saggio dovevo suonare il Danubio Blu, però non riuscivo a farlo bene. Lei per farmi capire come dovevo suonarlo mi ha fatto vedere questo film e lì ho detto: ok suonare il piano ma… il cinema!!”
