Film People Project

Film People Project is a photographic archive of people and the films that shaped their lives

“The first time I saw La Strada, I was renting a very depressing room on Via Tiburtina, full of hope and trying to become an actress, and it opened up a whole new world for me. I especially love the character of Gelsomina, she’s such an unconventional female character, and in some way I see myself in her. There’s this idea of being a clown, which carries both the joy of living and the bitterness of life. I’ve also painted some artworks inspired by this film”
