The way he refuses to grow up, yet still fights, because he’s a romantic hero”

“Quando ho visto la prima volta E Morì con un Felafel in Mano avevo 16 o 17 anni, ero molto giovane. Nei dieci anni successivi ho scoperto che avevo praticamente imitato la figura del personaggio principale del film, soprattutto nell’idea che lui ha di sé, del ritrovarsi in situazioni di un certo tipo, con amici pazzi. Soprattutto nel modo in cui non accetta di crescere, in cui comunque lotta, perché è un eroe romantico”
