Film People Project

Film People Project is a photographic archive of people and the films that shaped their lives

“I watched Django Unchained with a friend who really loves Quentin Tarantino, and she didn’t like it. I remember that while everyone around me was watching the violent scenes, I was crying a lot. I was deeply moved by the story of this man who teams up with the bounty hunter. The theme of slavery, told in this way, made me think about today’s world, I imagined the suffering, the inhumanity that existed and still exists. And then that final revenge, typical of Tarantino, really filled me with energy, it felt liberating”
