“The Goonies is my comfort film. I used to watch it all the time with my cousin and I think I’ve seen it about 150 times! Being born in 1983, I didn’t fully experience the 1980s, and I first saw this film when I was the same age as the protagonists, so I lived the adventure just like them. It was the first film I truly loved, and I still rewatch it whenever I want to feel good. It’s like Star Wars is for Ted Mosby in How I Met Your Mother”
