“Snatch really reflects my personality because it’s varied, it keeps changing, it’s diverse in the way the scenes are represented, in its style and in the soundtrack. I’m someone who gets bored easily with things, I like to keep changing, I don’t have fixations, I always want to do different things, and the film really represents that side of me. The first time I saw it I was immediately struck by the details, the little touches, the editing. For example, the character who calls from London is wearing socks with the Union Jack on them, or Benicio Del Toro’s sudden costume changes. Also, the story is funny and surprising and the soundtrack is magnificent. Sometimes I still hear Disco Science by Mirwais playing in my head”

“Snatch rispecchia molto la mia personalità perché è variegato, cambia spesso, è vario nella rappresentazione delle scene, nello stile, nella colonna sonora. Io sono una persona che si stufa facilmente delle cose, mi piace cambiare sempre, non ho fissazioni, voglio sempre fare cose diverse e il film rappresenta molto questo aspetto di me. La prima volta che l’ho visto sono subito rimasto colpito dai dettagli, dai particolari, dal montaggio: ad esempio il personaggio che telefona da Londra indossa calzini con l’Union Jack o i cambi d’abito improvvisi di Benicio Del Toro. Inoltre la storia è divertente, sorprendente e la colonna sonora è magnifica: ogni tanto mi suona nella testa Disco Science di Mirwais”
