“I chose 2046 because I really love Eastern atmospheres and I find the female protagonist very sensual. On an emotional level it communicates a lot to me, the cinematography is beautiful and I like the director very much. I’ve watched many films by Wong Kar-wai because I feel at home in those atmospheres. I’m a photographer, and the use of color, as well as the intimacy he manages to create in certain scenes, has definitely influenced the way I take photographs”
“Ho scelto 2046 perché mi piacciono molto le atmosfere orientali e trovo che la protagonista femminile sia molto sensuale. A livello emotivo mi comunica molto, la fotografia è stupenda e il regista mi piace moltissimo. Ho visto molti film di Wong Kar-wai perché mi ritrovo in quelle atmosfere: sono una fotografa e l’uso del colore, oltre all’intimità che riesce a creare in alcune scene, ha sicuramente influenzato il mio modo di fotografare”
